INFORMATION

On the Website Morph Team Merchandise Indonesia uses 2 types of ordering systems, namely Pre Order and Ready Stock.

Pre-order, Ready stock and Delivery conditions can be seen in the column below.

Any order placed on our website is irrevocable.

PRE ORDER RULES

1. Write the desired Custom in the custom name description column in the product description area if you want to place an order for a product with a Custom name.

2. Make a product purchase as usual and fill out the form provided.

3. Recheck your delivery data and your order because all purchases that have been submitted cannot be canceled.

4. Make payments with the available payment methods.

5. Please wait for the Pre Order process to close. (Pre-order orders will be open for 1 - 2 months)

6. After the order process is complete, we will enter the production process for 30 working days or 1 month half regular days.

7. After the production process is complete and the manufactured products arrive at us, we will enter the delivery stage.

8. The last stage, we will confirm to the expedition related shipping documents that must be fulfilled, if there is a lack of shipping data with that we will notify you via email.

9. After the document checking stage is complete, your order is ready to be sent.

10. We will provide the delivery number, shipping company and a link to check the status of your shipment in your email if you attach it when entering the order data.

READY STOCK RULES

1. After we receive the order data, we will confirm the shipping documents to the shipping company whether they are appropriate.

2. When the shipping documents are complete, we will immediately send your ordered goods.

3. Our delivery times are only during business hours, namely Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 - 17:00 (GMT +7 / Jakarta)

SHIPPING RULES

Price and Shipping Rates exclude Taxes,Duty Service, VAT, Permit, Fumigation, and Remote Areas.

All purchases on the Morph.Team Website must provide a copy of valid ID (Resident Card (ARC), Citizen Resident Card or Passport) in the destination country or Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) if needed by the delivery service team.

Additional documents can be sent via email merchandise@morph.com, Morph WhatsApp, or Line Apps "Morph Merchandise ID".

If you do not wish to provide a Personal Customs Clearance Code (Tax Number) or Resident Card (ARC), Citizen Resident Card or Passport. So we will regretfully cancel your order.

The rules above can change at any time depending on the shipping conditions that apply in Indonesia.

Our deliveries are only made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
